Private Expressive Association
The Supreme Court has declared that Private Expressive Associations have the right to associate for the purposes of engaging in those activities that are protected by the First Amendment.
The Tennant Institute and its patients are organized as a Private Expressive Association by which the beliefs of allopathic and alternative medicine can be expressed and explored under First Amendment rights.
Membership is required of all patients and under this protection allows the doctors to discuss care options from many origins including Eastern and Western medicine.
The Tennant Institute is a Private Expressive Association as defined by the Supreme Court of the United States and is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service with EIN #90-09*****.
