1965 – STUDENT NURSES
Dr. Tennant has always been a talented teacher. In fact, as a high school sophomore, the principal asked him to teach the math classes when the math teacher was gone for a few weeks for illness.
Dr. Tennant, in spite of the busy schedule of an Intern, found time to lecture and teach the student nurses, particularly in neurology. For this, they developed a special award to recognize his contributions.
